As a writer, he has adapted and/or assisted on scripts for Case Closed, Negima, Witchblade, Ouran HighSchool Host Club, Bamboo Blade, AM Driver, Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic, Blood Lad, Initial D, Yuki Yuna is a Hero, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, Occultic; Nine, Magi: The Kingdom of Magic, and The Seven Deadly Sins.

He has also had the opportunity to be a part of many popular video games. Some of his favorites were: voicing random ghouls and specters for Ghostbusters: The Video Game, Mega Man in Street Fighter X Tekken, Tatsu in Xenoblade Chronicles X, Face McShooty in Borderlands 2, and Forsyth in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.

The husband and wife team of Daniel and Jillian Coglan are full-time martial art instructors, specializing in 16th century Samurai Arts. When not teaching at their dojo, the Kojokan, they travel the United States performing and teaching the ancient ways of the most famous warriors in history.

With a combined 35 years of experience, their show is a unique blend of history, combative skill, and humor, designed to educate and entertain audiences both large and small.

Beyond their martial skills, the dynamic duo collaborated to write, direct, host, and star in a 12 episode TV series entitled, “The Way of The Samurai.”

Daniel is also an author, with several martial art articles published, and is currently working on his second full-length novel.

Cris George was raised in a small town south of Houston, Texas and spent the majority of his formative years making radio shows, acting in plays and shooting short films with friends.

He started his career at FUNimation in 2008 as an ADR Engineer and six years later he took the director’s seat and hasn’t looked back! Here are just a few of his favorite titles he’s directed: Black Clover, Wonder Egg Priority, Pop Team Epic, Listeners, Death Parade, Ghost In The Shell: Arise, Steins;Gate 0, Snow White with the Red Hair, Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan! and Spy x Family.

At FUNimation, Cris voice acts in various titles and has been fortunate enough to play over 300 roles! Some of his more notable include: Sato, Death Arms and Gigantomachia in My Hero Academia, Bepo in One Piece, Botamo in Dragon Ball: Super, Lion in Africa Salaryman, Narrator in Black Clover, Tetsuo Takahashi in Interviews with Monster Girls, Robby in RobiHachi, Takeru Noto in Fire Force just to name a few!

In addition to his work at FUNimation, Cris has lent his voice to several video games including Borderlands 2, Trashmouth and Quietfoot in Borderlands 3, Strix in Paladins, and Yakon in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

Jessica Cavanagh is a Dallas-based theatre artist, voice actor, and writer. As a staff writer with Funimation Entertainment, she’s adapted hundreds of episodes of Japanese anime for an English-speaking audience (some favorites are Golden Kamuy, Recovery of an MMO Junkie, Sakura Quest, and Fuuka) and she’s also worked extensively as an actor in their English broadcast dubs, voicing roles in Attack on Titan (Carla Jaeger), Fairy Tail (Aquarius), Steins;Gate (Moeka/Shining Finger), Black Butler (Paula), One Piece (Curly Dadan), My Hero Academia (Inko Midoriya, Izuku’s sweet mama!), Karneval (Iva), Katana Maidens (Akane Origami), and many others. Her play, Self-Injurious Behavior, which is based loosely on her own experience as the parent of her autistic son and favorite human, Elijah, was just presented off-broadway at Urban Stages in NYC in April 2019. Jessica is passionate about telling women’s stories now that she’s actually tried it and she’s pretty determined to spend the rest of her life doing as much of that as possible!

Greg Ayres has been screaming into microphones for close to 25 years now! With over 376 credits to his name, he has managed to play a variety of characters that are almost as colorful as his hair. He was honored to recently return to his role of Son Goku in Saiyuki Reload Zeroin, having worked on the Saiyuki franchise for over 20 years. He can currently be heard as Po in Eminence and Shadow, As Kenta Kanzaki in The Dangers in My Heart, Yu Nishinoya in Haikyu, Chai in Shenmue The Animation on Adult swim, and a super bad demon known only as “God” in Dark Gathering. Some other recent roles include Chota Segawa in Alice in Borderland (OAV), Sho Utsumi in SSSSGridman, Frost in DragonBall Super, Geo in Sony Picture’s Starship Troopers : Traitor of Mars, Jiro in Concrete Revolutio, Ryuuou Edogawa in Doreiku, Koji Koda in My Hero Academia, and he even makes an appearance as Popuko in Pop Team Epic.

He is proud to be a part of the new “Pink Harvest” productions from Sentai Filmworks, in the roles of Izumi Sena in Lovestage, and Yabase in Hitorijime My Hero. Some other recent favorites include Nagisa Haruki in Free, and Free Eternal Summer, MonoKuma in Danganronpa, Clear in Dramatical Murder, Doug in Gangsta, Zenji Marui in Food Wars, Ganta Igarashi in Deadman Wonderland, Heihachi Hayashida in Samurai 7, and Kouichi Sakakibara in Another. Some of his all-time favorite roles include Chrono in Chrono Crusade, Kaoru Hitachiin in Ouran High School Host Club, Hideki in Nerima Daikon Brothers, Youhei Sunohara in Clannad, Yuki in The Wallflower, Leo in Ghost Stories, Satoshi Hiwatari in DNAngel, Kaworu Nagisa in the Director’s Cut of Neon Genesis Evangelion, Tomoki Sakurai in Heaven’s Lost Property, and Negi Springfield in Negima.

Of all of his many roles, his favorite will always be the real life role of “Little Brother” to voice actor Christopher Ayres. The little guy with a big Sippy Cup, and even bigger heart – who touched the world with his “Love and Laughter”.

Tom is best known as the voice of “Agumon” on the TV Series Digimon: Digital Monsters and recently reprised the role in the Digimon Adventure Tri movies and Video Game. Most recent Anime credits include Edens Zero for Bang Zoom! on Netflix and Cells at Work! Code Black for Funimation. Recent Video Game credits include Twin Mirror and One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows both for Bandai, as well as God of War for Sony. On Toonami Adult Swim, Tom’s voice can be heard on Dragon Ball Super, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Hunter X Hunter, Naruto and Bleach, among others.

Memorable career roles include Stu the Turtle and a Male Ox in Ice Age 2: The Meltdown directed by Carlos Saldanha for 20th Century Fox. Some Anime fans may remember Tom’s memorable death scene as Rocco Bonnaro in Cowboy Bebop with Steve Blum, directed by Mary Elizabeth McGlynn. A memorable Video Game credit includes begging for his life (yet again!) on Watchmen: The End Is Nigh directed by Collette Sunderman, and he’s also died several times, on several episodes, voicing several characters on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. A career highlight is working in the same studio on the old Hanna-Barbera lot where The Flintstones were recorded, playing the Woim in the Boid N Woim for Cartoon Network-What A Cartoon, directed by Kris Zimmerman.

From the early days of anime when it was known as Japanimation, other credits include The Guyver as Sho Fukamachi, and Orguss as Kei Katsuragi directed by Kevin Seymour. Originally from Huntington, New York, Tom always wanted to be an actor, but his greatest credits are his wife Dorothy, and their daughter. They live in Los Angeles where he is represented by the legendary Vanessa Gilbert at RSA.

John Stocker

John Stocker has been a recognized force in the acting industry for over 5 decades, beginning his career as an on-camera performer and working with the likes of John Candy, Dan Ackroyd, Rick Moranis, Gilda Radner, Eugene Levy, Martin Short , Catherine O’Hara and William Shatner, before committing primarily to the off-camera world, where he has voiced many thousands of commercials and hundreds of animated characters. A lot of you will recognize some of his classic roles – ‘Beastly’ in Care Bears, ‘Longarm’ in COPS, ‘Toad’ in Super Mario Brothers Supershow, the ’Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man’ in The Real Ghostbusters, ‘Newton Gimmick’ in Teddy Ruxpin, ‘Creed’ in X-Men, ‘Basil’ in Babar, ‘Thompson’ in Tin-Tin, ‘Ultron’ in The Avengers and ’Mr. Owl’ in Franklin, amongst countless others.

Over the years, John diversified his career to include voice casting, voice coaching (both commercial & animation), demo production, and voice directing. He’s been at the helm for dozens of productions, including ‘Totally Spies’, ‘Caillou’, ‘Fugget About It’, ‘Redakai’, ‘Mike the Knight’, ‘Martin Mystery’, ‘Beyblade’, ‘Medabots’, ‘Ella the Elephant’, ‘The Magic Hockey Skates’, ‘Rob the Robot’ and of course, the one that started his voice directing career, the original English language dub of ‘Sailor Moon’.

John started down the road of anime in 1997, when he landed his first role in Golden Boy from ADV Films. Since then, John has gone on to voice hundreds shows and characters. John’s wife once quipped that there are certain actors who might be the “Brad Pitts” of anime but John is the “Kevin Bacon” of anime.

Being the character actor type has given John the freedom to voice bazillions of characters such as Undertaker in Black Butler, Salvador in Borderlands II (VG), Gendo in Evangelion, the Captain in Halo (VG), Lord Death in Soul Eater, Hoenheim in Fullmetal Alchemist, Sir Crocodile in One Piece, Salvador in Borderland II, Kogoro in Sgt. Frog, Huang in Darker than Black, Vulcan in Orphen, Ken in Kaleido Star, Captain Ahab in Hakugei The Legend of Moby Dick, Rikudoh in RahXephon, Mister in Coyote Ragtime Show, as well as roles in the live action films 2009 Lost Memories, Conduct Zero, Yesterday, Jungle Juice, and the Gamera trilogy. Most recently you can catch John in the broadcast series of GANGSTA as Chad, and Akame Ga Kill as Bols as seen on Toonami.

In 2004, John jumped to the other side of the “mic” to direct. Among the shows he has directed are Welcome to the N.H.K., AirGear, Wandaba Style, St. Seiya, Shadow Skill, E’s Otherwise, Michel, Jinki Extend and Shinobi (live action co-directed with longtime pal, Kyle Jones). John loves working in the world of anime as a director and voice actor! Currently John is working with pals Kyle Jones and Jay Hickman on an original animation full length movie called The Perfect Khan. In addition to anime, John has voiced thousands of radio and tv commercials – even acted in a few films. One of the coolest acting jobs was being the Beer Delivery Guy in Dazed and Confused.

Oscar Seung hails from Lausanne, Switzerland, and is a Dallas-based actor, violinist, pianist, opera singer, and music director. From film and television pilots to theater and voiceovers, Oscar champions the representation of Asian Americans in media and the arts. Oscar can currently be seen in We Can Be Heroes (Netflix), directed by Robert Rodriguez, A Cowgirl’s Song (Netflix), and The Turkey Bowl (Hulu), directed by Greg Coolidge. He also guest co-starred in the ABC pilot, False Profits, starring Vanessa Williams and Bellamy Young.
