I received an email but it did not help at all, was told to use the system but there is no refund button. Please email me with info on how to receive refund. I saw I could get a partial refund but still nothing from anyone.

Hi Molly I tried sending an email about a refund yesterday as I was suppose to be there today. I bought a one day for Saturday but was not able to go due to family issues. Can someone email me and help me get a refund please.
